SENTW Decisions Library now live

A SENTW decision Library has been developed, which currently lists all appeal decisions made during 2010/2011, 2011/2012 and 2012/2013 tribunal years.

All decisions have been anonymised. Each case was considered by SENTW on its individual merits, reflected the law at the time the decision was made, does not create precedent and should not be relied on as such.

The decisions library can be found under the Decisions tab on this website.
